Buyer Brokerage of Falmouth is an exclusive buyer’s broker, meaning we represent buyers only. We do not list properties or represent sellers.

As an exclusive buyers broker, we are always protecting the best interests of our buyers, therefore, there is never any question or confusion as to who we represent.

As an exclusive buyer’s broker, we look objectively at the entire market when choosing homes to to show. We are not swayed by the potential of making larger commissions by selling our own, or in-house listings. [We do not accept listings.]

As an exclusive buyer’s broker, we are completely objective when advising our buyers as to the market value of a home.

As an exclusive buyer’s broker, we can show our buyers all "MLS" listed properties, bank owned foreclosures, and properties "For Sale by Owner".

As an exclusive buyer’s broker, we are paid through seller-authorized commissions, although we legally and ethically represent our buyers. [Typically, a seller has authorized a commission to be split between his own broker and the broker representing the buyer.] We collect no fee from our buyers.
